Randstad is currently seeking experienced and motivated candidates for a number for corporate reception and administration roles across Brisbane.

If you come from an administration or reception background, we would love to hear from you as we are currently working with several clients across these sectors!

  • Data entry

  • Switchboard
  • Executive support
  • Customer service

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience with a busy switchboard
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound organisational and administrative skills
  • 1+ years experience in a reception role
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyse numerical and written information
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Reliable and own transport
