Job Description:

The Data Quality Supervisor is a hands on role focused on resolving data quality issues raised within the data quality queues supporting CoreLogic's products and services across Australia and New Zealand.

The supervisor is required to supervise the data quality personnel ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs, provide appropriate reporting, communication/feedback with respect to data corrections, identify patterns in data corrections to uncover systemic issues and contribute to development and execution of quality improvement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

The Data Quality Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate data correction processes with documentation, training, monitoring and reporting to ensure tasks are completed to required standards and timeframes.
