JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new company
This national professional services business is seeking an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part time permanent basis (25-30 hours per week). Located in the Newstead, their modern office is easily accessible to public transport connections and extensive lunch time eating options.

Your new role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing general administrative support to the business
  • Answering the phone
  • Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Accounts receivable processing
  • Payroll data entry
  • Assisting the Office Manager with any ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
