To be a part of our exciting world of Lotteries & Keno and help make dreams come true.

As a Retail Consultant, you will provide experience, advice, support and excellence in customer service to our lotteries customers (i.e prize winners and general customers). This new and exciting opportunity is based in our Brisbane office, 180 Ann Street. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday, standard business hours.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the administration of prizes and associated activities
  • Deliver a great customer experience in line with customer service standards.
  • Manage customer issues with business expectations to resolve customer problems whilst taking responsibility for resulting actions.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Provide consistent, professional, expert communication to customers, retailers and the business relating to Lotteries products and services across multiple contact channels.
  • The ability to work under pressure and make considered decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and manage confidentiality with customer
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires high attention to detail

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a customer support, retail and/or banking role
  • You will have strong verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • You will have the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • You will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
