Our clients are a large property landlord who are an employer of choice in Property. Positioned within a collaborative centre management team, you will provide operations management covering contractor management of soft & hard services, essential services, compliance, tenancy coordination, fit out and internal management reporting. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running tendering process to prepare contracts for cleaning, security, waste disposal, etc
  • Managing and directing contractors
  • Preparing and implementing maintenance prevention programs
  • Managing financials - Budgeting, Forecasting and Capital Expenditure
  • Management of OH&S & Risk Management 
  • Resource management avoiding any wastage e.g. water and electricity
  • Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives


  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or Maintenance Manager of a Shopping Centre/Commercial Building/Large Residential Site with a retail element
  • A strong background and understanding of HVAC
  • Experience in formulating and monitoring budgets
  • Strong client service focus, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience managing staff
