We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative

to join our Rockhampton team.

About the Role...

In this role you will have the chance to work with great clients and forge strong relationships with varying departments to work together to deliver exceptional products and customer service.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing all customer enquiries received by telephone or from within the showroom
  • Processing accurate order entry for customers and sales representatives to meet business deadlines
  • Providing sales quotes to customers and sales representatives in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reading plans and performing accurate plan take offs
  • Reading and interpreting project specifications including product finishes
  • Communicating confidently and providing effective and accurate information to internal and external customer queries
  • Actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team by sharing the workload and participating in team meetings
  • Raising various paperwork requests including service dockets and internal communication requests as required

About You...

To succeed in this diverse and challenging role you will need to be an energetic and highly organised person who thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

You have previous experience in a similar customer service or data entry role with the proven ability to build solid long term customer relationships and complete daily tasks to a high standard. You have good written and oral communication skills, good computer skills and demonstrated customer service experience preferably in the building industry. You will also have the following attributes:
