Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

The purpose of the role is to deliver quality services to doctors and patients on behalf of the management company. You will:

  • Work towards set Key Performance Indicators and will be encouraged to use your initiative and drive to exceed them in all situations.
  • Represent the organisation in your day to day duties, revolving around facilitating the smooth running of operations across the Practice.
  • Be the vital link between the management group and the practise staff.
  • Build and manage relationships with your reception and nursing teams to train them to the highest level,
  • Develop and implement process improvements across the practice.

    Take ownership of the financial management and reporting for the practice:

  • Managing patient billings, cash collections and ongoing reporting in line with strict deadlines.
  • In this aspect your role is made easier with the high level of support you will receive in executing the established processes and procedures that are in place.
  • You will also assist in providing IT and Health & Safety support to the staff in the practise and be the point of contact to ensure the Quality and Continuing Professional Development plan is implemented in the centre.
