About you

You have a compassionate nature and love being around and caring for seniors. You are a positive individual who works well with others and are happy to support your fellow team members. You are able to connect with our residents as a person, not just as a client who needs care.

  • Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care;
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week, with availability at short notice;
  • Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain;
  • Current NDIS screening or the ability to obtain.

Please note, all employees working within our residential and community aged care will need to be immunised for Influenza from 01/05/2020. If you have already received your flu vaccination, we ask that you provide proof as part of the recruitment process.

Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust and Wise Stewardship.
