The role

The key focus of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the SWP Coordinators in Mareeba Far North Queensland. You will be part of a geographically dispersed team who will rely on you for administrative support and assistance with the recruitment process. You will also have the ability to work independently, to think on the run and be keen to be part of an exciting and rapidly growing business. This ensures the administrative functions of the Seasonal Worker Program for Jobs Australia Enterprises Ltd., are compliant and carried out in a timely manner.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative and recruitment role
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and prioritising ability, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, use initiative and operate under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of clients and employers
  • A proven capacity or the ability to work in a professional, dynamic team focused on achieving outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Competent in using PCs and popular software products and an ability to learn new software.
  • The ability to develop strong networking skills to build a cooperative and informed employer network with the aim to increase employment opportunities for clients.
  • Current Police Criminal history check or willingness to obtain.

Desirable

Previous experience in an administrative/recruitment role within the Labour Hire Industry.
