About the role

PTC are currently seeking an influential HR Manager to join our family, to build our processes and procedures to take us to the next phase of our growth and to bring our people strategy to life!

Reporting to our Director, this role will be responsible for the full employee life cycle for PTC.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Own and deliver strategic people processes, policies, systems and operations across our organisation
  • Effective management of the HR framework including performance management, resource planning, compliance, & employee development
  • Continually develop, implement, and maintain company policies, and procedures focusing on compliance with all regulatory and governance frameworks
  • Provide strategic advice on key HR challenges, risks, opportunities and improvements
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage and resolve all employee relations issues
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the business, strengthening internal and external relationships and feedback
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations and risk channels to deliver an aligned approach to people and performance management


To be successful for this role, you will:

  • Have a passion for people and driving culture
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HR Manager
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or related area of study) or demonstrated experience
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics;
  • Extensive knowledge of employee relations, Fair Work and all legal obligations
  • Your managerial experience will also allow you to mentor and support the development of our growing HR team by providing insight and guidance on matters ranging from Employee/Industrial relations to organisational change management.
