Our client is a community based social enterprise that exists to enhance the lifestyle and independence of people with disability. As a well-established and trusted brand, the organisation operates across two main Divisions - Employment & Training and Commercial Operations which also includes Disability Care.

As an EmploymentCoach, you will manage a caseload of jobseekers and develop tailored individualised plans that assists them to gain successful, meaningful and sustainable employment or education. With a passionate and committed attitude to supporting jobseekers through each step of their journey, your care and dedication to the jobseeker will be evident by the hard work you put in.

With roles located across several offices - Southport, Coolangatta and Robina some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively manage a caseload of jobseekers with the goal of assisting them into sustainable employment
  • Provide advice, guidance and assistance to jobseekers to ensure the best possible change to achieve employment goals
  • Liaise and negotiate with other organisations on behalf of jobseekers, to job carve, or effectively refer jobseekers to opportunities
  • Ensure efficiency and compliance within administrative processes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Strong customer service and sales experience;
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities;
  • B2B marketing, sales or cold calling experience;
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution;
  • Solid computer skills, and proven ability to learn new systems; and
  • Resilient in nature and with an ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment
