About the role

As a Client Support Analyst at Powerlink, you will be providing technical support through receiving and responding to all customer requests and queries relating to Level 1 and 2 work. Additionally, there is a need to apply technical expertise in the timely and accurate resolution of issues, as well as analyse and identify IT Service Management trends in order to proactively manage and resolve future technical issues.

You will be part of a dedicated Business IT Service Desk team ensuring the delivery of efficient and high quality IT support services to customers.

You will be required to participate in a shift work roster to cover business hours (7am to 5:30pm), and you may be required to participate in an on-call roster; 1 week in every 4 weeks.

About you

In order to perform in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous success operating in a similar IT Service Desk or Help Desk environment, ideally supporting corporate employees in a large, complex organisation.

With a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude, you either have tertiary qualifications in a discipline such as Computing or an equivalent level of relevant experience. Relevant professional qualifications in ITIL practices or practical experience in ITSM approach would be advantageous.

You're often the first one to see a problem and take initiative, applying your strong analytical, teamwork and problem-solving skills to come up with a resolution that makes for a memorable customer experience.
