JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Brisbane!
About the role
This is a busy and varied role where you will effectively manage the administration of the project. You will also:
  • Book project team appointments and travel bookings
  • Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting (SAP).
  • Rail Industry Worker Card competency management
  • Book project inductions and training courses
  • Manage and maintain all project related registers and folders
  • Support all other ad hoc administration for the project team
About you
You have a 'can do' attitude, you are team orientated and have excellent communication skills. You are a multitasker and committed to the smooth day to day running of the team on the project. To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • A high level of written and oral communication, planning and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience with formal document control systems and implementation.
