About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, your responsibilites will include:

  • Provide assistance to managers with regards to performance management, including coordination of performance and remuneration reviews and processes.
  • Support managers with the interpretation of, and adherence to, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment legislation.
  • End to end recruitment in specialised business segments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop high-calibre employees.
  • Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued.
  • Manage, coordinate and support the delivery of HR projects, programs and people initiatives which support retention, engagement and development.
  • Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively, and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to business leaders.
  • Provide coaching, support and advice to managers in relation to all facets of HR.
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes.
  • Strive for continuous improvement.

About You

Attitude is the key to this role - your colleagues are very professional and take pride in who they work for and what they do, but they also like to have some fun and not take themselves too seriously. You will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure. You will have extensive experience within a senior HR position.
