Job summary

Martinus are seeking two Administrators on an initial 4- 6 week contract to support our Commercial division with an upcoming audit. The positions will be based from our Brisbane office with an immediate start.

Jobs Task and Responsibilities

  • Document management
  • Review project documents in SharePoint
  • Identifying invoices, dockets, claims and other documentation
  • Match documents to a transaction listing
  • Assist with cleaning up the database

Knowledge, skills and attributes

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy & knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to navigate different software programs
  • Immediate availability
  • Ability to work autonomously
