Your new company
A leader in the Insurance industry across Australia and New Zealand, your new company are looking for 15 new Claims Consultants to help them achieve continued growth. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, handling a high volume of inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and time management skills whilst providing a high level of customer service and display empathy to succeed.

Your new role

  • Manage end to end claims in accordance with service level targets.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties, while providing regular updates on the progress of claims.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, regulations and internal policy and procedures
  • Perform coverage evaluation, investigation and collate relevant documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will ideally have 3+ years experience in customer service - either in a Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service environment. Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy are a must. Previous experience in Insurance would be highly advantageous.
