Requiring an experienced Residential Contracts Administrator/Project Manager for a respected Luxury Builder & Developer

The Company:

We are at present working with a successful luxury builder and developer with a strong reputation for building quality family homes and townhouses in Queensland.

They have a convenient and central location in Brisbane's Inner South with onsite parking.

Position prerequisites:

  • Ideally a Bachelor of Construction/Project Management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • In depth understanding of residential construction procedures, materials and project management principles
  • Proven leadership skills
  • White card
  • Experience in high end residential construction (5+ years)
  • Willingness to grow within growing company
  • Microsoft project experience
  • Own transportation
  • Good attitude & team experience
Tasks required to be undertaken:
  • Collaborate with consultants to determine specifications for the project
  • Procurement and contracting of trades to meet project deadlines and requirements
  • Obtain permits and sign offs from appropriate authorities
  • Determine and coordinate needed resources (labour, equipment and materials) from start to finish ensuring budget and schedule is adhered to
  • Establish and drive project schedules
  • Supervise work of other site-based employees to ensure project process
  • Evaluate progress and prepare reporting to director
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues
  • Answer any subcontractor questions with regard to specifications through the course of a project
