Key outcomes/Accountabilities

The aim of this role is to:
Assess and prioritise financial information received through annual reporting lodgements.
Liaise with licensees, accountants and internal and external stakeholders;
Assist the Financial Assessment Unit in the conduct of financial assessments;
Collate and report on assessment outcomes;
Provide advice to external customers and other QBCC staff regarding financial requirements for licensing and compliance with the Minimum Financial Requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service to all staff of the Commission and external customers

Candidate attributes

Apply, interpret and provide advice on and implement legislation and policy.
Use communication and problem solving techniques to achieve innovation and deliver and promote quality customer service.
Contribute to the team to achieve outcomes and effective work relationships.
Bookkeeping skills are considered desirable for this role.
