We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our passionate team ofcentralised payroll Team Members inour Corporate Office, situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

This Full Timeposition will see you reporting to the Director of Payroll Services and our Payroll Services Supervisor, and join incollectively running end-to-end payroll for over 6000 Team Members across Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii.

As our new Payroll Officer, your day to day role will see you:

Process new starters, general maintenance and calculating termination payments.
Prepare and process fortnightly payroll.
Perform month end reconciliation and reporting.
Understand, interpret and apply relevant award entitlements across different states.
Provide advice through your knowledge of employment, taxation and superannuation legislation.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely, professional and friendly manner.

The ideal person will:
Have the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience working in a fast paced, deadline focussed, high volume role.
Experience using an integrated payroll system (Dayforce HCMor Preceda highly desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
