The Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality onsite engagement strategies to connect the community with collections services, exhibitions, projects and programs through partnerships, while meeting State Library service commitments. The Coordinator role delivers initiatives associated with the Queensland Business Leaders Hall of Fame (QBLHoF) partnership.

There are two temporary vacancies in the Reading, Writing & Ideas team at State Library. Both positions are AO6 level and part time at 29 hours per week.

The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for delivering initiatives designed to promote reading and writing in partnership with organisations, partners and sponsors. As part of the role, you will ensure professional and responsive services are provided to our clients and State Library policies and procedures are fulfilled while meeting service target deliveries. The implementation and review of initiatives will require excellent stakeholder management. This includes managing and monitoring contractual obligations and milestones, measuring satisfaction levels, quality standards and operational objectives.
