JLL’s Tenant Representation team representing small to large tenants and occupiers in real estate strategy, lease renewals, new lease acquisitions and end of lease / exit negotiations. The team has an extensive local, national and global track record including creating signature new Head Quarter office pre-commitments in our key markets Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

What this job involves
This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled Property Analyst who is looking for an opportunity to kick start a career in property with a market leader. The dynamic environment provides a highly diverse real estate role with exposure to all elements of the business. You will be responsible for providing analytical support to the team, in a busy role which works closely with external clients. Your role will include market research, financial analysis, presentation and report presentation and transaction support.

Here’s a snapshot of what will keep you busy:
Assist in preparation of pitch documents and submissions,
Develop marketing actions and management of rollout of business development initiatives,
Source, collate, review and analyse market data,
Develop and operate financial models and analysis,
Preparation of transaction documentation including Tenant requirements/briefs distribution,
Providing a support role in negotiations of larger acquisitions, disposals, renewals etc.

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You're a confident self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. You don’t mind crunching the numbers on an excel spreadsheet whilst also bringing your own creative flair to formatting presentations. These skills combined with your high level of communication, eye for detail and Microsoft skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role! A Bachelor’s degree in Property or Commerce/Finance is a must.
