Your new company
You will be working in a large team for an established and reputable consultancy firm, based in their Eight Mile Plains office. This is a permanent, full time (Monday- Friday) role commencing immediately. A motivated and experienced Administration Officer is required to assist the team with end to end administration support.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Administration Team Leader, this role will also liaise with both internal departments and external contacts.
Your duties will include:

  • Entering complex sales orders into large in-house database within required time frames with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and consumers.
  • Responding promptly to inbound telephone calls and internal and external email requests in a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining a professional relationship with staff and actively contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Undertaking and completing any other duties as requested by Management.
  • Adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
  • Proficiently demonstrating the ability to utilise, understand and use DDS to process Clients’ orders across all departments and sending of their Reports.
  • Applying of company standard processes and policies with a high level of consistency and accuracy.
  • Prioritising and actioning work tasks assigned via Bookings WIP board through to completion and contributing to toward overall team output.
  • Constructively participating in the Performance Development and Review (PDR) Program as scheduled.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written, verbal and active listening communication skills, well developed customer service skills and previous experience in an Administration Officer role. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to absorb and accurately process large amounts of detail and self-manage your own workload. The ability to rapidly learn new systems (in particular, in-house proprietary database DDS) is essential, as are sound computer skills (in particular Microsoft Outlook and Excel). You’ll also have a demonstrated customer centric approach to problem solving.
