The PwC Outsourced Payroll team brings this to life by providing end to end payroll services that enable businesses to create value and achieve their goals. The work undertaken here covers a range of areas from payroll processing, employment tax compliance and advice for Australian local and expatriate payrolls.

As a Payroll Consultant in our Outsourced Payroll team your impact will be seen by:

  • Payroll processing and preparing documentation for lodgement
  • Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other regulatory authorities
  • Assisting and analysing foreign compensation for Australian payroll purposes for expatriate employees
  • Responding to client and employee queries.

About you

You have 3 - 5 years Australian payroll experience, a solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation (including state-specific legislation) as well as knowledge of employment taxes; and demonstrated capability of implementing process improvements including documentation management.

You are comfortable with Excel, experience with Ascender Preceda (ideally), ability to multitask, and an enthusiasm for payroll and delivering high quality services.
