About the role

This is a challenging and exciting role reporting directly to the Manager - Clinical Information. You will be working as an integral member of the Clinical and Care Governance team, actively participating as a team member while supporting the achievement of organisational strategies.

As the Subject Matter Expert, you will be providing advice and sharing your in depth knowledge with our qualified team. You will ensure projects outputs are aligned with the organisation's business processes, assisting with project management administration and assisting with detailed business process mapping analysis. You will be required to contribute and support activities align with the strategic direction of Churches of Christ in Queensland's mission and values.

About you

You will have a relevant tertiary/postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related field with experiences in business processes and skilled in new software solutions implementation.

You will be required to establish collaborative and influential relationships with stakeholders, customers and colleagues, to ensure easy and effective achievement of team / project / business goals. You will have or have a willingness for continual improvement. You are proud of your ability to manage the demands of your role and prioritise your workload to successfully meet deadlines. You hold in high stead your outstanding communication skills and have the confidence to communicate your knowledge to the wider group. You have a driven and motivated personality with an ambition to support the activities aligned with our strategic direction. Enthusiasm and the ability to form relationships with a wide variety of people are important assets to have in order to succeed.
