Property Services Brisbane is a leading provider of residential cleaning services to the student accommodation and residential sectors in Brisbane.

The Role:

This opportunity offers a cleaning position for someone to work independently within our cleaning and maintenance team. With ongoing support and regular interaction with the Operations Manager you will be focusing on:

• Regular property cleans
• Rooming Bond Cleans (student accommodation)
• Exit Bond and Spring Cleans
• Carpet Cleaning 
• Adhoc cleaning tasks

The Person:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and has the ability to work unsupervised. 

 Our preferred candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Must hold a current driver's license
• Must have their own, presentable, vehicle
• Must pass police, background and reference checks
• Be an excellent communicator
• Be proactive, enthusiastic and self motivated with a highly professional approach
• Have pride in their work, and work with attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous bond and or carpet cleaning experience will be advantageous 
• Will consider partnerships

The Rewards:

An attractive Hourly Salary of $26 + Super ($28.47/hour total) will be provided to the successful applicant based on experience.

Cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided to the successful candidate. 

Continual work Monday to Friday - No weekends, No evenings.
