Description and Requirements
Welcome Helping Hands. We are seeking an experienced Coordinator who will manage our rewarding service in Mountain Creek .
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A COORDINATOR
As the Coordinator you will take ownership of your very own OSHC service. This includes:
Mentor and develop a team of Educators;
Creative license to design and deliver value driven programs;
Ensuring NQF compliance of your service;
Fostering the outstanding existing relationship with the school and community links;
Developing fun, child-driven activities;
Utilise the interests and passions of children & staff in your service for creative programs;
Planning & resourcing healthy eating menus.

Above award salary, $71,500 pa package ;

HOURS
This full-time opportunity requires the following availability during the school term & vacation care, Monday - Friday:
Before School Care 6:30 - 8:45 am;
After School Care 2:00 - 6:00 pm;
Paid administration hours: 8.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Bachelors within relevant* discipline (working towards is acceptable);
The ability to manage & develop a team;
Demonstrated empathy and skills to work with additional needs;
A current Blue Card;
The ability to pass a National Police Check.
