About the role
In the role you will report to the Head of Compliance and Administration and work within our Candidate Care Team from our Gold Coast office. Your focus will be to support the placement activities and logistical requirements for our team of recruitment consultants. Facilitating placements involves highly detailed compliance, rapidly changing travel and accommodation requirements and detailed management of timesheets and invoicing.

Your word processing, excel and general technology skills will be at an advanced level as will your written and verbal communication capabilities. Previous experience with Xero or similar invoicing software is preferable. Exceptional time management skills and excellent customer service is paramount. Prioritising and meeting deadlines will be a skill that suits this position well.
