Restaurant Manager

“TC Growth Pty Ltd” trading as “Wara Sushi" is a fast-growing company in Japanese restaurant industry. We are providing various Japanese cuisines and beverages. Our business is seeking a new restaurant manager who is available on a long-term basis.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Full/Part Time: Full Time, 38 hours per week

Location: Wara Sushi -Willows (WILLOWS SHOPPINGTOWN, 13 HERVEY RANGE ROAD THURINGOWA CENTRAL QLD 4817)

Duration: More than 3 Years

Salary: 65,000 + Superannuation(9.5%)

Tasks:

1. Discuss catering arrangements with clients
2. Talk with cooks to plan the menu
3. Supervise the purchase and storage of food
4. Supervise provision of all crockery, cutlery, detergents and kitchenware
5. Make sure there is adequate security for food and equipment
6. Keep records of payments and expenses
7. Plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of workers in dining rooms, kitchens, bars and other areas
8. Manage staff hiring, training and rostering
9. Make sure that the dining rooms, kitchen, storage facilities and other work areas are kept clean and conform to the health regulations
10. Attend to complaints concerning food and service
11. Overall management of restaurant
12. Check and control hall services

Requirements:

 To be considered for the role, you must have;

• Qualification/s in hospitality/management (diploma or higher level) and at least 3 year work experience in a Japanese restaurant manager role within the food industry
• Proven ability to conduct the above tasks in managing restaurant
• Valuable work experience as a restaurant manager for Japanese food restaurant
• Permanent residency or Australian citizen (Preferable: Local Resident)
