• To drive operational excellence with dealer development solutions including processes, systems, management, financial, and facilities dealer operations via the development of process mapping, competencies and the effective utilisation of performance reporting information
• Monitor dealer customer satisfaction index to ensure Brand Image and Customer satisfaction
• To support the network in Total Solution selling, including aftermarket activities to increase service market penetration
• Identify business improvement opportunities, establish development plans and monitor progress via KPIs and reporting
• Work cross functionally as a Commercial Crew, ensuring a premium customer experience
• The role works extensively with the dealers’ management team and with collaboration between VGA internal departments including Sales, Competence and Dealer systems.

• Have a strong commercial acumen, with extensive knowledge and experience working in heavy vehicle dealerships or similar environment in the transport industry
• You are results driven, enjoy delivering engaging presentations and developing marketing strategies
• A trusted team player, an exceptional communicator and passionate about maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• A problem solver, creative with sound analytical and process mapping skills.
