About the Company:
This role is with a global organisation who as an organisation, pride themselves on their customer service. They have been operating in Australia for more than 50 years and have built a strong and respected reputation as an organisation across the equipment sector. This position is based in their Western Suburbs branch, close to Ipswich.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing sales administration and clerical support to the branch. This role is on a full time Monday to Friday basis. It is a temporary 4 month role with possibility for extension.
Duties:
- Review and create more efficient sales cost analysis sheets
- Maintain sales records by checking data accuracy in orders and reducing duplication of data
- Maintain sales orders by linking new machine orders and creating work orders
- Provide superior customer service to all internal & external stakeholders
- Issuing invoices
- Complete all general clerical and secretarial duties
Skills & Experience:
- Have held a similar administration position
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience
- Mining experience desirable
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
