About the Company:

This role is with a global organisation who as an organisation, pride themselves on their customer service. They have been operating in Australia for more than 50 years and have built a strong and respected reputation as an organisation across the equipment sector. This position is based in their Western Suburbs branch, close to Ipswich.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing sales administration and clerical support to the branch. This role is on a full time Monday to Friday basis. It is a temporary 4 month role with possibility for extension.


  • Review and create more efficient sales cost analysis sheets
  • Maintain sales records by checking data accuracy in orders and reducing duplication of data
  • Maintain sales orders by linking new machine orders and creating work orders
  • Provide superior customer service to all internal & external stakeholders
  • Issuing invoices
  • Complete all general clerical and secretarial duties

Skills & Experience:

  • Have held a similar administration position
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience
  • Mining experience desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a high attention to detail
