Receptionist / Customer Care Assistant (Software)

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be out first point of contact in our busy team who are responsible for supporting customers using our software. Ideally, this person will be looking for a career progression within a software company and possesses great organisational skills.

This is a full time role based in our Hendra office.

TASS is a Brisbane based software company that develops and supports the TASS suite of school administration and portal software products. The software is currently used by hundreds of independent schools throughout Australia and overseas.

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and logging incoming calls in Jira
  • Triage and manage support enquiries e.g. recording activity on cases, collecting information from customers, escalating, retrieving error details
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Data entry for demonstration software and internal databases
  • Installing software licenses
  • Preparing daily emails for company-wide activity and customer status
  • Completing Quality Assurance checklists for new customers
  • Assist with delivery of webinars and other client engagement programs
  • Communication with customers via phone and electronically
  • Attending to guests
  • Travel arrangements
  • Other duties as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills across all mediums (phone, email/ticket)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Friendly & consultative client engagement manner
  • High attention to detail & solution orientated mindset
