The preferred applicant for this casual position will have achieved a number of years general work experience and offer a mature outlook. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills and phone manner, a clear understanding of Google drive (Sheets and Doc etc.), strong written skills and experience working in small teams.

There will be a 1 month probation period from commencement of employment.

Although the position is casual, and as such the hours need to be flexible, the role will be mainly Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm, (25 hours).

The position carries an hourly rate of $25.00

Job Specifics;

  • Manage compliance documentation.
  • Basic expense management.
  • Responsible for finalizing all Safety Inspection reports.
  • Following up outstanding quotes and invoices.
  • Managing inspection calendar/set up.
  • Ordering and following up materials from suppliers.
  • Organizing and monitoring freight.
  • Project Management support.
  • Overseeing stock management.
  • Consolidating all corporate files.
  • Ensuring all OH&S documentation is up to date and compliant.
