As we continue to build thriving and high performing sales teams, we have an opportunity for an experienced Media Sales professional to join us as a Business Manager.


Here’s what you’ll do…

Reporting to the Group Sales Leader, you will be responsible for achieving exceptional results across a range of key existing and new clients and be able to successfully;

  • Prospect, maintain and grow revenue-generating relationships with key media agencies
  • Communicate our business offerings and UVP to agencies in a highly engaging manner
  • Identify and act upon new revenue opportunities via best practice sales techniques
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders & teams to effectively position our products & solutions in market
  • Play a proactive role in the after sales process by managing campaign success and revenue growth
  • Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts in order to develop new business avenues
  • Report and track all revenue including sales activity and deal pipelines
  • Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
  • Participate in external events and social engagements to build our presence in market


This is what you’ll look like…

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager/ Business Manager within the media/ advertising/ publishing industry or similar
  • Passionate about sales and the development of new business opportunities through effective client relationship techniques
  • Excellent presentation style and ability to present insights & solutions in an engaging and effective manner to clients
  • Experience managing and growing media agency accounts within Brisbane
  • Proven ability to foster and grow strong working relationships at all levels within the business
  • Proven success in formulating & developing sales plans to meet and exceed targets set
  • A strong team player and effective communicator
  • Good attention to detail and due diligence in your working approach
