We're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager in a management and clinical role who is responsible for leading, directing, planning and coordinating the clinical activities of Sunnymeade

The Clinical Manager will support the exceptional care delivery to our residential clients at Sunnymeade Park Caboolture

Working with the Residential Care Facility Manager, you’ll utilise your skills and experience to drive outstanding care for our clients!

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship, through your effective decision making and clinical experience.

You will need to provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. With our residents wellbeing always in mind, you will review resident care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life, making a real difference to the quality of care we deliver.

This includes:

  • Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
  • Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents.
  • Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
  • Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards

This position requires:

A clinician, with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment, you will be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.

Presenting with:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
  • Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
  • Able to recognise clinical risk and identify clinical indicators
  • Provide clinical governance support & ensure clinical efficiency on site
  • Solid understanding of the Aged Care accreditation process
  • Continuous improvement and auditing experience
  • Well-defined Computer skills, competent with spreadsheets
  • Ability to educate staff on clinical compliance
  • Evidence of vaccinations in accordance with any relevant Public Health Directives for Aged Care Facilities
