About the role

This role involves making inbound and outbound calls to individuals to negotiate payment of outstanding debts on behalf of our clients.

• Permanent full-time opportunities available.
• Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm | Rotating Roster | Occasional Saturday shift

We're looking for people who have:

• Minimum 12 months collections experience.
• Flexibility to work rostered hours, anytime between 8am-8pm and the occasional Saturday.
• Thorough knowledge of privacy legislation.
• The drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade/influence.
• Empathy and resilience.
• Effective listening.
• Great kept promise rates.
