JOB DESCRIPTION
A well-established Restaurant with Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine in Brisbane is looking for a chef.
Summary Of Position
Accurately and efficiently cook Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines using meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products. Also ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
The Successful Candidate Must Possess The Following
- Relevant AQF qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality
- Relevant experience in Commercial Kitchen
- A positive attitude and good team player
- Prepare and cook food
- Oversee the quality of dishes
- Plan menus
- Control the stock and supplies according to demands and ensure compliance with budget
- Supervise and Train Kitchen Staff
