Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will manage the operations of Disability Assisted Living programs across our Loganlea site to ensure it provides quality person-centred services, within financial, legislative, contractual, and operational requirements. You will provide leadership and supervision to our dedicated and passionate support workers.

Criteria:

  • Qualification in Individual Support or other related field
  • Qualification in Leadership / Management desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in the co-ordination and management of 24-hour residential services for vulnerable people.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage crises and critical issues and deal with complex and challenging situations
  • Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
  • Knowledge and experience of working collaboratively with local community, welfare services and industry partners.
