Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Landscape Solutions is looking for a top Team Leader to oversee a team working on some of our most prestigious clients' sites. If you are a good motivator with a hands on approach, this might be the role you!
So, what duties can you expect to do?
- Motivating your team to ensure that only the highest standard is being delivered
- Hands on leadership approach
- Maintain the gardens, lawns and grounds of our clients
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Previous team leading/supervisory experience
- Sound horticulture knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ideally possess Certificate III in Parks and Gardens
- Drivers licence and WHS White Card
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- Working with Childrens Check or willing to obtain
- Support- if there is additional training you need or want, we have you covered.
