Can you lead other leaders to achieve key performance indicators and drive a highly profitable business? If so, here’s your chance to make your mark in Artisan Aesthetics Clinics.

In anticipation of our continued expansion, Artisan Aesthetic Clinics is looking for commercially astute Area Managers for the Sydney and South East Queensland regions. You will be accountable for all aspects of clinic operations, including setting and maintaining standards, ensuring an exceptional client experience, delivering financial outcomes, and most importantly leading a diverse team of clinic leaders and cosmetic doctors. We are a performance-driven organisation, so you will need to demonstrate your experience in leadership. You will be passionate about supporting and coaching your team to deliver an amazing in-clinic and aftercare experience for your clients, which ultimately drives clinic profitability.

You will be able to analyse business data and implement strategies to build a highly skilled leadership team that thrives on improving their performance. A proven career in managing multiple sites and teams and leading in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment is important; and experience in an industry such a hospitality (hotels, café, clubs) or retail would be advantageous.

High levels of energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure and set parameters is required. Ideally, you should have at least five years’ full-time (or seven years’ part-time) experience as a leader/manager. You’ll be able to show that you have a proven track record in achieving KPIs, leading high-performing teams with strong inter-personal skills, demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally, and collaboratively whilst leading and managing a diverse team of clinic managers. Strong business acumen is essential for you to succeed in this role.   • Ensure each clinic delivers high levels of client service
  • Achieve various KPIs in areas including profitability and client satisfaction
  • Drive revenue, clinic / area growth and the use of combination therapies
  • Create and maintain a high-performance culture, through your leadership and coaching skills
  • Develop and foster talent through proactive succession planning
  • Champion team member learning and development activities to promote growth, stability and sustainability across the area.
  • Embed our ‘CARE’ operating rhythm (Planning and Coaching, Personalised Service, and Community Engagement) into your area
  • Review business data, analyse and execute actions to improve clinic and clinician performance
  • Generate and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Understand and manage the importance of effective rostering in your area
  • Manage team member performance including conducting coaching sessions, one-on-ones and performance reviews
  • Oversee the implementation of a safe working environment, ensuring the area complies with health and safety requirements
  • Deal with escalated issues and concerns
  • Ensure all systems, processes and protocols are being adhered to
  • Be immaculately and professionally presented
