  • Classification: Allied Health – Level 3
  • Remuneration Value: $50.03 - $54.03 p/h (FTE $98, 859 - $106, 763), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging

The Wesley Hospital currently has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Day Rehabilitation Service. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with possibility of extension.

About the Role:

At the Wesley, we work with patients to maximise their physical potential and restore movement and function, providing treatment integral to recovery from surgery, illness and injury. We provide a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services in many clinical areas.

Our Day Rehabilitation Service offers treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. With a focus on delivering high-quality, clinical care to patients within an acute setting, you will work alongside a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary Allied Health team to deliver exceptional person-centred outcomes.

You’ll recognise the importance of multi-disciplinary approaches to rehabilitation, bringing an open, collaborative approach to patient-centred care. You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years musculoskeletal experience with skills in outpatient and orthopaedic rehabilitation
  • Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload autonomously
  • Ability to provide guidance to junior clinicians and students
