Due to business transformation we are now seeking a Sharepoint Analyst Lead to join our JLL Technology organization. We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately. The role is critical and involves administering, supporting, and managing the Sharepoint environment.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, key responsibilities of this role will include:
Administering, maintaining, supporting and enhancing our SharePoint sites.
Acting as the subject matter expert for users, ensuring improved documentation, user experience and business adoption. This will be accomplished by end user interaction and knowledge transfer;
The roles primary focus is Sharepoint administration and site management
Taking responsibility for resolution of assigned incidents / service requests across the applications suite;
Executing Sharepoint administration activities such as user access/security;
Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring / complex Sharepoint issues; and
Ensuring skills transfer to the Deskside teams

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sharepoint Administration or Development (ideally with Sharepoint Online or Sharepoint 2016);
2+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools
Strong time management skills

Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent problem-solving skills, Work through issues and challenges
Strong technical knowledge of Sharepoint configuration and customisation;
Experience with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, LogicApps would be highly advantageous.
Personality wise, you will be articulate, positive, hungry, optimistic, and friendly. You will be patient and pragmatic with end users and operations staff who are non-technical;
You will demonstrate high levels of initiative and a natural sense of urgency to deliver outstanding customer service; and
Above all else, you will be fun, humble and respectful.
