Property Conveyancing Paralegal - Temp 6 month contract -Government - Brisbane CBD - Exp in A-Z Essential

Your new company
Work for this prestigious government employer from modern offices in Brisbane CBD as a Property Conveyancing Paralegal on a 6 month temporary contract. Increased workloads are the reason for the hire and whilst it cannot be guaranteed there could be scope for longer term work.

Your new role
In this role you will manage a section of A-Z residential conveyancing files and work closely to ensure documentation is gathered promptly and property settlements occur successfully . You will escalate matters to the Property Lawyer as needed and work closely as part of a large, legal property team. There may also be Commercial Property matters to work on also.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven background working as a Property Conveyancer./Paralegal. You will have excellent communication skills and be adept at managing a busy workload, working to tight deadlines.
