Job Description
  • Work with subject matter experts to define metrics and KPIs associated with behaviour influence/change and recommending Learning & Performance support solutions to close performance gaps and deliver improved business outcomes
Understand and apply Learning Design Framework (Skills Mapping, Curriculum, Development, Delivery & Measurement) to define appropriate learning solutions considering the full range of Workplace (70%, Social-Peer(20%) and formal (10%) learning opportunities
Create learning & development strategies and engaging learning experiences and curated content that enhance learner retention and knowledge transfer
Utilise and consult on the application of Knowledge Management tools, processes and practices to enable learning from work, learning from others and from validated knowledge resources eg: Standards
Actively consult on the role of leaders in building capability and coach them to become D&I champions to value the strength and experience of individuals and teams
Understand and leverage learning technologies to deliver innovative, efficient and effective knowledge transfer. Partner with external solution providers as appropriate to deliver innovations through deployment of immersive experiences such as Gamification, Simulation, Extended Realities (XR) etc
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degreed Preferred or equivalent experience
Substantial knowledge of Learning Technologies and Ecosystems (LMS, LCMS, LXP, LRS etc)
Substantial knowledge of Learning theories and instructional design models, such as, but not exclusive to, ADDIE
Project management concepts and models, such as, but not exclusive to, agile methodology
Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialised information
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a multinational, multicultural, culturally diverse organisation environment - often liaising virtually with colleagues
