About the role:

Evolve Talent are seeking experienced child, youth and family case managers/ practitioners for Permanent and Fixed Term contract positions in the South Brisbane suburbs.

In this role you will provide intensive and therapeutic case management to young people at risk in the community and help them move towards better outcomes in their lives.

Support at risk young people with:

• Building healthy relationships with families and in the community.
• Capacity building to find employment and or education.
• Mental health interventions and linking to external services.
• Accessing safe and stable accommodation free of violence and abuse.

About you:

Strong dedication and desire to making a positive difference to vulnerable young people and their families.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Human Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a caseworker/ case manager in the Child, Youth and Family sector.
• Knowledge of factors attributing to young people disengaging from family, schooling and community groups.
• Current Blue Card
• First Aid and CPR
• QLD Drivers License

Desirable:

• Experience supporting the Indigenous population.

Salary:

$72,500.00 dependent on experience + Super + Salary Sacrificing is available
