We're here to help in the moments that matter. Our Total Loss Motor Claims Customer Engagement team understands how stressful motor accidents and damage from weather events can be. Our Claim Specialists ensure our customers are in safe hands by genuinely connecting to their individual situation. As the Claims expert our Specialists understand what's required to finalise a customer's Total loss claim in a timely manner

We are currently looking for customer service experts to join our Total Loss Customer Engagement team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will see you managing a portfolio of claims. You will be setting up each customer's claim ready to issue a payment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Successfully manage the Total Loss claims experience on behalf of the customer, by delivering a brilliant customer experience when our customers need us the most. This requires you to connect with the customer, empathise with their situation and be a claims expert, settling their Total Loss Claim in a timely manner
  • Conducting a number of checks to ensure all applicable steps are completed prior to the customer conversation
  • Contribute to financial outcomes by effectively managing a portfolio of claims
  • Resolve enquiries in a timely manner with both our inbound and outbound calls
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a high touch customer service environment (note this is a phone-based role)
  • Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond for customers
  • Willingness to apply feedback and coaching to achieve targets and expectations
  • High levels of resilience and empathy
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi task
Shift Options

These roles are full time 37.5-hour roles on the following shift option:
  • Monday to Friday - Start Window 8am - 10am.

If successful, you will be required to attend 5 weeks of compulsory full-time training, Monday to Friday, commencing Tuesday 4th May in the Toowoomba office.

Work from home requirements

These roles are based in our Toowoomba office. However, due to Covid 19, you will be working a combination of in the office and from home. To successfully work from home, you will need the following:
  • Home phone line
  • Internet connection
  • Computer or laptop with keyboard and mouse - dual screens are required
  • Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space
