Maxima, in conjunction with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service Brisbane (ATSICHS) are currently looking for a driven individual to undertake a traineeship as a Learning and Development Assistant.

Over the course of 12-months you will be working fulltime, getting hands-on experience, and studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (Administration).

This role will see you supporting the organisation of training and administration services to ensure that all employees have access to opportunities allowing them to learn and develop within their roles and in life.


  • Handle and process participant bookings and attendance
  • Respond to and delegate customer enquiries
  • Document management and processing (filing, scanning etc.)
  • Assist to research and develop training programs
  • Reception cover where required
  • Support the learning and development team as required
