Due to successful business growth Wisely requires additional support to be a part of our growing success. These roles are across various site in the Bowen Basin with camp accommodation provided.

As the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for:

  • Creating safe, quality maintenance plans
  • Workflow management
  • Planning, scheduling the maintenance of fixed plant or mobile
  • Develop and maintain plant and equipment schedules in a timely manner and review and report on actual work completed with recommendations for appropriate corrective action.
  • Provide clearly structured cost-effective plans, to deliver weekly schedules that minimise downtime and utilises labour.

To be successful in this position you will be:


  • Trade qualified, with a mechanical or electrical background
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Planning role
  • Experienced in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Extensive knowledge of mining operations 
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly desired and Maintenance management systems
  • Highly motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ideally experienced in Mining, Gas or Heavy Industry
  • Passionate about establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
