The Role 

This role presents a great opportunity to gain Call Centre experience in the Finance Industry! We are looking for passionate, customer focused and enthusiastic team members to join our amazing team!

We strive to provide the highest standard of Customer Service to Cash Converters Customers both new and existing. In this role, you will take inbound calls, answer general enquiries, update customers on the status of their loan application, manage a customer email inbox and review loan applications for our customers.


Our team is flexible and work on a rotating roster servicing our customers between the hours of 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. There is an opportunity for one of the roles to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster also.

You will make a difference by

  • Treating customers with empathy, respect, and providing a high-quality service standard
  • Answering inbound call within a timely manner and have a professional phone etiquette
  • Working with each customer to identify how CCPF can meet their needs
  • Building strong relationships with your team and the wider company
  • Answering customer enquiries within a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate notes on all customer interactions

What we are looking for

  • Clear and effective communicator with a professional phone etiquette
  • High level of time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers
  • Customer focused and empathetic approach to situations
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong attention to detail

(As we are a Finance Company, successful candidates will be required to provide a Police Clearance prior to starting.)
