The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced branch coordinator with exceptional administrative skills to support the branch, in particularly our Sales team based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the National Sales Support & Training Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative and support functions for the branch including the following:

  • Provide day to day administration support for the Brisbane sales team
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and sales data for the team
  • Co-ordinate and attend branch meetings and ensure all company policies and procedures updates are communicated clearly through the branch
  • Event management such as assisting with trade shows, organising branch events and training, and managing catering requirements
  • Liaise with the facilities team for building maintenance and repairs as required
  • Coordinate safety inspections to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • General administration tasks such as ordering stationery and supplies
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as delegated by the National Sales Support & Training Manager

About You

As this is a busy role we are looking for an individual with extensive experience in a similar position. You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management and organisation skills, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

You have exceptional computer knowledge including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Above all, you possess a positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to think outside the box and a sense of ownership are also key to your success in this role.
