Your new company
Our client, a reputable Engineering Firm based in Maroochydore are seeking a part-time experienced Administration Officer to cover mat-leave.

Your new role

  • Responding to incoming phone call and email enquiries.
  • Drafting written correspondence.
  • Some accounts receivable and payable duties, use of XERO.
  • High level of data entry.
  • General ad-hoc duties as required; mailing, banking, etc.
  • Part-time, maternity leave contract.
  • 8:30am-5pm, 3 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve.
  • Highly organised individual.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to juggle conflicting high-priority tasks.
  • References covering the last 6-12 months.
